Rival Response provides digital advertising and audience targeting services for cannabis businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and campaign terms are defined in individual client agreements or insertion orders.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all ad content they provide and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and advertising regulations in the markets they target.
Payments
Fees are due as stated in your client agreement. Late or unpaid balances may result in paused or cancelled campaigns.
Performance Disclaimer
Campaign metrics and results shown on this website are illustrative. We do not guarantee specific results, impressions, store visits, or return on ad spend.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and platform interfaces, is the property of Rival Response and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rival Response is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
